Central Coast Chapter
"Celebrating the Football Scholar-Athlete"

Athlete Nomination
What makes an NFF Scholar-Athlete?
The game of football is a crucible capable of forging excellence. Lessons of teamwork, hard work, sacrifice, and being part of something bigger than yourself are central to being a football player. Those who learn and embody these lessons are well-positioned to become leaders in business and their community. The Chapter aims to identify and celebrate these individuals.

Our application process captures not only a student-athlete's athletic ability, but also their standing in the classroom and the community. NFF scholar athletes might not be the best athlete on the field, but they will be the best combination of community service, scholarship, and athleticism.

Nomination forms for 2018 will be open in October.

The Central Coast once had an active NFF chapter that slipped into dormancy. We are looking for board members and scholar-athletes associated with the previous chapter in order to start building a local NFF community. If you are one or know one, please reach out to us at
